Results are in after National Weather Services teams spent a day assessing damage from possible tornadoes Sunday.

“Well we found six so far, four in Minnesota, two in Wisconsin.”

National Weather Service Meteorologist Chris O’Brien says they are still fielding calls from residents affected by the storms.

“Areas that they see the damage, that they take a look at. Right now I think we’ve seen what we want to see but we may be going back out.”

Teams found the strongest storm was an EF-1 rated tornado near Silver Lake with winds estimated at 105 miles an hour. Another EF-1 storm near Scandia was on the ground for more than six miles with winds up to 90 miles an hour.
