The city of Mankato is in the process of getting feedback on future plans for community development, housing, and social services. Courtney Kramlinger is an economic development specialist with the city of Mankato.
“We’re in the process of updating our affordable housing plan and we’re also updating our five-year plan for community development block grant funding,” said Kramlinger. “As part of both of those plans, we need to get input from the community to have needs identified so we can develop strategies to address those needs.”
The first of four public feedback sessions will be held this afternoon from one until two p.m. in the Mankato Room at the Intergovernmental Center. Three more public input sessions will be held next week.
