All city-owned buildings in the Twin Cities will have mask requirements as of today, regardless of vaccination status.  In announcing the change, the mayors of Minneapolis and St. Paul cited the increasing COVID-19 case numbers, saying the pandemic is far from over.  Both also said they are looking into a vaccine requirement for city employees.  City officials have recommended wearing a mask at all times when indoors in public and are urging businesses to institute universal masking policies of their own.
