(St. Paul, MN)  —  Hospital leaders are putting out a public plea for Minnesotans to get COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters. health Administrators from nine Minnesota hospitals took out of full page ad in a Minneapolis newspaper urging vaccinations, mask wearing, and social distancing.  Officials say the state is experiencing high levels of COVID-19 cases following the Thanksgiving holiday.  Officials say the surge is putting pressure on Minnesota hospitals, where only 13 of the over a thousand staffed adult ICU beds were open as of Friday.
